Trustee
We have vacancies for general Trustees/Directors for our Board of this small local charity, based in Northallerton, which supports unpaid family carers. With a staff team of 5.2 FTE we need trustees who can get involved to support the CEO to future-proof this great local service.
We are looking for people with knowledge and skills in one or more of the following areas: human resources, training, marketing, working with the media, legal experience, development of young people’s services, development of adult services, information technology – or simply first-hand experience of what being a carer really involves.
Specifically, we would welcome anyone with experience in policy development, young people’s service development, personnel management (human resources) and fund-raising.
Board meetings held bi-monthly at times which suit the majority of trustees (currently late afternoon/early evening)
