Chair of Children's Rights Alliance for England
The Children’s Rights Alliance for England (CRAE) is one of the world’s largest children’s rights alliances with a high national and international reputation. CRAE seeks the full implementation of the Convention on the Rights of the Child in England. Our vision is of a society where the human rights of all children are recognised and realised.
We are looking for a new Chair to lead CRAE in the implementation of our strategic vision for children’s rights.
This is a high profile, and stimulating role. CRAE is looking for someone passionate about children’s rights, who can provide strategic leadership across the organisation, support and promote the work of CRAE and work with the CRAE trustees and staff to develop new opportunities for influence and funding.
The Chair needs a strong and relevant background. This is an unpaid, voluntary role.
For further details, or if you’d like to talk to CRAE’s current Chair, please contact rosev@unicef.org.uk.
If you would like to put your name forward please send a letter expressing your interest, accompanied by your CV, to our current Chair, Alison Marshall at UNICEF UK c/o rosev@unicef.org.uk.
Expressions of interest must be received by 5pm 2nd April 2012.
