Improve the quality of your service delivery and at the same time benefit from more efficient customer relationship management (CRM). As an NCVO member you are invited to a free two-hour interactive seminar hosted by Sho-net Systems. This seminar will help you discover how to transform your organisation and outline how to make the most of Salesforce.com’s donated software licenses which are worth up to £10,000 per organisation.

Find out how CRM software can improve service delivery in these areas:

  • Providing accurate and timely direct payment services
  • Strengthening your security and confidentiality
  • Improving the administration of training courses
  • Streamlining and standardising the way in which services are delivered
  • Supporting new ways of working.

A partnership between NCVO, Salesforce.com Foundation and Sho-net Systems is providing a welcome boost to voluntary organisations by helping them access, and effectively use, this donated software application that can transform an organisation.

Sho-net and Salesforce Foundation are also partnering Landmark Training to train local young people to be certified software engineers to assist your software implementation.

“We installed a free piece of software from Salesforce.com which has revolutionised SLF's IT system. We were fortunate to also have the expertise of a Sho-net IT Consultant who personalised the software to meet our specific needs. It really has made a great difference and I would like to share our experience with other small/medium sized charities.”
Tony Shepherd, Chief Executive, Safer London Foundation
