• or the process at local level

Although the collaboratively run project Voluntary Sector Cuts is aggregating data from around England to try and get a sense of where the cuts are being felt the hardest.

Things have become more clear after the 2010 Spending Review - see here for NCVO's analysis and response. And some cuts have been announced in the Budget 2010 - read NCVO's analysis.

The Institute of Fiscal Studies has predicted that the sector will reduce to 2003/2004 levels of statutory funding.
