You should be trying to keep up to date with as much information as you can locally and nationally. Take a look at our resources page for some ideas of where you could tap into this information. As more information becomes available you should be decided whether it has attendant actions for your organisation.

One way of doing this could be to fit the information into a matrix like the one below, with large impact and small impact on the X-axis and certain to uncertain effect across the Y axis.
