Transforming public services together
The Public Service Delivery Network uniquely brings together voluntary and community organisations and statutory sector bodies to develop tools and spaces for the improvement of procurement and commissioning relationships between the two sectors.
It helps over 1000 members to develop their reciprocal understanding and capacity to work together around public services providing a forum for peer support and information sharing, developing tools and resources, and organising a rich programme of events
The PSD Network is run by NCVO's Sustainable Funding Project.

- Two new courses on tendering and procurement coming up in 2010
Before Signing on the Dotted Line is an introduction to tendering and procurement for those considering or starting to engage with competitive tendering. Tendering for Better Services Is a unique opportunity for service providers, commissioners and support agencies to focus on the key issues and challenges in the procurement process. Training will take place in both London and Birmingham. NCVO and NAVCA have jointly published Pathways Through the Maze, the first comprehensive guide to procurement regulations written for voluntary organisations and community groups.The guide answers the most common questions voluntary and community organisations have about procurement processes and explains the legal requirements applying to public bodies’ procurement exercises. New PSDN publications - Personalisation: Rhetoric to Reality and Third Sector Commissioning Guide
The new personalisation article reviews current thinking and practice around the concept of personalisation and aims to highlight some of the key emerging issues and implications. The Third Sector Commissioning Guide acts as a checklist to intelligent commissioning and intelligent bidding, and as a framework for good practice in commissioning from across the spectrum of providers.
