How to order

Online

Browse our catalogue via the category pages or the A–Z list and add items to your Shopping Cart using the buttons at the end of each publication page. Once you are finished browsing, click on Check Out and complete the order process.

Payment via our online store can be made using the following methods:

• Credit/debit card (processed by Secure Trading)
• Invoice

If you have requested to pay by invoice and you are a member of NCVO, your order will be mailed out to you with the invoice enclosed for payment. If you are not a member of NCVO, you will receive a proforma invoice for payment before your order is dispatched.

If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order as usual and your credit card company will convert the transaction to UK sterling.

• Titles required
• Quantity
• Organisation name
• NCVO membership number (if applicable)
• Shipping details
• Billing address

In person

Visitors to NCVO can purchase publications from reception during office hours 9:00 to 17:30, Monday to Friday.
Payment methods accepted at reception are:

• Credit/debit card
• Cheques made payable to NCVO
• Cash

30% discount for NCVO members

NCVO members are entitled to 30% off all NCVO publications. To take advantage of the discount, register your membership details on the NCVO website, remembering to attach your valid membership number. Once your membership status is applied to your login account, the prices of publications in your Shopping Cart will automatically reflect the member discount.

Registering on the site will also grant you access to the exclusive NCVO Members’ Area, where you can view specific advice, support and benefits.

Shipping

For customers in the UK, postage and packing is charged at 20% of the invoice price (calculated after discounts), with a minimum of £1.50 and a maximum of £10 per order. Your order is dispatched on the same day if placed before 12pm, or first thing the next day if placed after 12pm.

For customers outside the UK, postage and packing is charged at 30% of the invoiced price (calculated after discounts), with a minimum of £2.50 per order. Your order is dispatched via air mail.

Customers who need a large number of a single title can take advantage of our bulk discount rates.

Returns

Any goods we supply that you discover you do not want for any reason can be returned for a refund provided:

• Returns are made within 28 days
• The purchaser pays for the cost of returning the goods
• The goods are returned in good condition and are resaleable

Any item that is supplied damaged or faulty will be replaced free of charge but we may ask the purchaser to return the copies before replacing them.
