What is a HSF health cash plan?
A HSF health cash plan is not private medical insurance. It is designed to help employees cover the cost of their everyday healthcare. It provides an easy and affordable way to help you spread the cost of employee healthcare such as dental (including cosmetic dentistry), optical (glasses, contact lenses) and physiotherapy.
How does it work?
Our schemes are particularly popular with employers as they are free to implement, beneficial to their staff, assist with absence management and complement their corporate social responsibility initiatives. Employers can either offer the plan as a voluntary benefit or choose to subsidise their employees. A popular method of contribution amongst companies is via payroll deduction as this enables their staff to take advantage of discounted rates.
