How do I proceed?
You can apply for a quotation from LSI up to six months ahead of the expiry of your current energy contracts. If your energy contracts end more than six months from now, still get in contact with LSI as they will diarise your enquiry and will contact you nearer the renewal date.
Up to 90,000 energycontracts come up for renewal each month, many are rolled into new contracts on expensive rates as some suppliers will automatically renew your contract without your signed agreement, up to 90 days before the expiry of your current contract. It is important to contact LSI as soon as possible, especially if you do not know your current supplier’s renewal policy.
The first stage is to get your current bills benchmarked against the energy markets. In order to request a quotation you need the following documents available:
- A signed Letter of Authority printed on headed paper (Download the document) Once downloaded please complete and print on letter head.
- A photocopy or electronic scan of your latest Utility Bills. (including front and back of double sided pages)
These should then be either emailed to: save@lsiutilitybroker.co.uk, faxed to 01727 875 116 or posted to:
LSI Independent Utility Brokers Ltd.
1st Floor Hastings House
12 Park Industrial Estate

You will then be contacted and provided with an analysis of your current and forecast expenditure, with recommendations for action.
