I provide advice and practical "hands on" case management support in dealing with TUPE transfers, conduct, performance, absence management, redundancy and grievances, including claims of discrimination, harassment and bullying.
I conduct investigations, chair hearings, including appeal hearings, as required and have dealt with approximately 1000 cases personally.
I draft employment contracts, handbooks and HR policies and procedures on a range of matters.
I’ve 30 years’ broadly based HR experience, including at board level, in large and small organisations, unionised and otherwise, within the private, public and not for profit sectors and 13 years’ experience on the London Employment Tribunal.
