Description of services

Prospect offers consultancy based on many years experience of work within the sector. We can provide support and advice in the development of organisational strategy, business planning, governance and structure, and the design of management and financial processes. We undertake organisational reviews and interim and change management. We have a successful track record in developing effective fundraising strategies, trust fundraising and bid writing. Prospect designs and delivers training in governance, strategic planning, charity finance, risk management, fundraising, commissioning. as well as, mentoring and coaching. We are experienced researchers in the sector, which includes undertaking organisational and project evaluations.
