NPC’s clients benefit from its experience, breadth of knowledge of the charity sector, and specialist skills in helping charities understand, measure and communicate their impact.

For charities, NPC helps with cost-benefit analysis, social return on investment (SROI) and measuring soft outcomes such as well-being. We also provide strategy and governance advice and do organisational reviews, evaluations, research and training.

For funders, NPC provides advice on strategy, good grant-making processes, charity analysis, evaluation and impact measurement.

We work with all sorts of charities (from start-ups to medium- and large-charities) and funders (from individuals to trusts and foundations, government bodies and businesses).
