Kim Donahue

I specialise in the areas of organisational development, strategic planning, volunteer management, community development, equalities, 'away days', practical research, evaluation and training.I have more than 25 years of experience working in the voluntary sector in the UK and the US and hold an MSc in Voluntary Sector Organisation from LSE. My aim is to contribute my expertise toward building the capacity, diversity and sustainability of the voluntary sector in the UK and abroad. My specific strengths and interests are in community engagement, communications, environmental restoration, facilitation, small organisations, volunteering and writing.
