Lady Winifred Tumim

It is with sadness that we announce the death of Lady Winifred Tumim. Lady Tumim died unexpectedly on Thursday 5 November.
Lady Tumim made an immense contribution to the voluntary sector. Amongst her many roles, she was Chair of NCVO from 1996 to 2001. After she had stepped down as Chair she became a member of NCVO's Advisory Council.

"I am deeply saddened by the unexpected news of the death of my friend and colleague, Winifred Tumim. This is a great loss to me personally and professionally. She made an outstanding contribution to our sector and a massive gap has been left by her passing."
