Help for Heroes to take over Bmycharity
15th March 2010
Help for Heroes has announced it will take over fundraising website Bmycharity.
The site's founders previously said they would have to close it down because of a lack of funds.
The site will be owned by Help for Heroes' profit-making subsidiary - Help for Heroes Trading Company - and will be rebranded shortly as Bmyhero.
Brian Parry, chief executive of Help for Heroes, said the site will remain commission-free for charities and that organisations should continue using it as normal.
