Location and impact on recruitment

I would be interested in hearing from anyone whose organisation has moved either from outer London to inner London or vice versa. Was there a noticeable impact on your ability to recruit as a result of the change? For the purposes of this, I would define inner London as The City, Westminster, West End, Marylebone and Docklands i.e. approximately postal districts:  EC1, EC2, EC3, EC4, SE1, SW1, WC1, WC2, W1 and E14.
