Promoting the sector to young people

Even in these days of recession and contraction there are key jobs needing filling in our sector and we have to keep on attracting skilled and talented people. We especially need to get the message out to young people that there are proper jobs in our sector and the opportunity for professional development so that they can choose to develop their career with us. I would be interested to hear from people who go out to speak in schools and colleges - at careers fairs and such like. It would also be great to get some feedback on any work related learning opportunities which you know of or which your organisations provide. Thanks.
