Research and Data

In my day job I work with data and research so I understand that unless you work with data on a day to day basis it is hard and time consuming to find the data you’re after. In addition knowing the limitations of data can be tricky. So I was thinking of volunteering my spare time to charities to help them with their data needs, such as:

·         Helping find a specific piece of information for a funding bid

·         Creating a local profile

·         Helping run a survey

·         Data analysis

·         Profiling the client base

·         Presenting data

Do you require any help with data? More generally do you think this is a service that would be required by charities? If so, what would be the best way I can market my services to charities?

Any thoughts/comments appreciated – paul.d.edwards1980@gmail.com

Many thanks,

Paul
