Customer relationship management software

Hello

Does anyone have any suggestions for simple, user friendly cost effective customer relationship software? We are a medium sized charity withn a turnover of around £300k.

A lot of people are talking about Sugar CRM at the moment, which is open source.

It all depends on what you want the CRM system to do for you but Salesforce, Micrsoft Dymanics CRM are common choices. If you are fundraising driven then Raisors Edge, or Progress? Iris have a number of products for medium sized membership or fundraising charities such are Care, Integra.
