Challenging a rent review on our leased offices

Just had a letter proposing a 22% increase in our rent on our just under 2,000 sq ft of rather tatty office space in SE1. Original rent agreed mid 2008. Anyone know a good surveyor for charities in these circumstances? Anyone got experience of using arbitration to get a better deal on their rent?

Thanks Chris - found this and am about to meet with a surveyor they recommended - hope he thinks we have a case for a reduction!
