Spending cuts and Strategic Partners
Civil Society have published a feature highlighting what they believe to be the areas of infrastructure that will suffer during the inevitable upcoming cuts in public sector spending.
They identify volunteering infrastructure and what they refer to as 'infrastructure for minority groups' as being the most at risk. However, they find specialists to be "in a better position".

Whilst we don’t believe its all doom and gloom as this article suggests it does highlight the urgency for all kinds of infrastructure organisations to be demonstrating and communicating their value.
There is also a need to focus on and improve the impact of infrastructure organisations so that they are making the biggest difference with scarcer resources: Read our 6 things you can do with impact to ensure your organisation is really making a difference.
What do you think? Do you agree with Civil Society's view of things to come?
