Supported by Barclays logoThere has been much debate over the years about what makes a good leader. If you ask people who comes into their head when they think of a good leader you will get the normal suspects, Prime Ministers, well known social reformers, even entrepreneurs. LeadershipWe all know that New Year’s resolutions are probably more likely to fail than to succeed but I think that even the failures teach us something. equalities-icon.gifThe Charity Commission has recently published new guidance on the Equality Act 2010 for charities and it occurred to me that equality and diversity is an essential issue for trustees to be aware of and often they are not.
