Commissioning Green Paper - events and summary introduction

The Cabinet Office are attending a number of events to publicise and discuss the 'Modernising Commissioning Green Paper' over December. The full list of events can be read here. This comes amidst criticism that the consultation period - finishing on the 7th January - is no where near Compact compliant.

The Cabinet Office have also circulated an introductory presentation to the Green Paper.

Despite the short timeframe on consultation, we would urge you to comment. The range of questions it poses around the future role of the voluntary and community sector in delivering public services is insightful and challenging. Well worth time spent responding!
