Ask the expert

"Ask the expert" is a new benefit for NCVO members, who can ask questions to experts in the voluntary sector. Asking a question to an expert and reading the answers requires you to log in or register as an NCVO member. Questions are not automatically displayed on the site when submitted by NCVO members.

Maria Aguilar spoke at the NCVO Risk Management Conference on 9 March.

Maria Aguilar co-runs the HR Services Partnership, which specializes in providing a range of HR services to charities. With an MA in Law and Employment Relations, and 20 years experience working with a range of not-for-profit organizations, Maria and her team have dealt with just about every people problem. As well as dealing with day to day problems, Maria spends her time working with Chief Executives, Boards and as a speaker encouraging organisations to take a more strategic approach to people planning.
