Announcement of results of elections to the Trustee Board and Members Assembly

Regarding the TRUSTEE BOARD

Matt Hyde has been elected for a term of three years by NCVO members in accordance with regulations made under article 89 to the Trustee Board.

Jo Ash has been re-elected for a term of three years by NCVO members in accordance with regulations made under article 89 to the Trustee Board.

Dominic Fox has been re-elected for a term of three years by NCVO members in accordance with regulations made under article 89 to the Trustee Board.


Regarding the MEMBERS ASSEMBLY

The following 6 individuals have been elected by NCVO members for three year terms in accordance with regulations made under article 89 to the Members’ Assembly:

• Rekha Wadhwani, as representative of the Business and Professional Associations, Unions Electoral College.
• Sydney Thornbury, as representative of the Culture & Recreation Electoral College.
• Lesley Wolfenden as representative of the Economic Development and Housing Electoral College.
• Tim Wilson as representative of the London Electoral College.
• Lisa Gardiner and Sally Young as representatives of the North East Electoral College.


NCVO would like to thank those Trustees and Members’ Assembly representatives standing down, for their contribution to the governance of the organisation, namely:

• Alison Roylance White, outgoing Trustee
• Anne Lawson-Porter, Mark Pemberton, Jo Ansell, Helen Rice, Belinda Lowis and Daoud Zaaroura, outgoing Members’ Assembly representatives
