Claire McDowell - Marketing & Membership Manager 

Claire is responsible for recruiting new members and working with the rest of the team on membership retention. She would welcome feedback from both members and non-members on the benefits of membership and ways we can engage with members.

Andrew Walkey - Membership Officer

As first point of contact Andrew joined NCVO in March 2008 and deals with any queries regarding membership from both existing and prospective members. I more specifically work on the retention of our members so if you've ever got anything you want to share about your membership please get in touch.

Elizabeth Pace - Membership Finance Officer
