Marketing

We hold two marketing conferences each year at which you will hear from leading communications experts on all aspects of marketing your organisation. The keynote plenary sessions are combined with a choice of practical and interactive workshops.

Data Protection

In addition, we run data protection seminars looking at how to apply best practice in your marketing and communications work. This training is led by Lesley Tadgell Foster who runs the BSI Data Protection Programe for Non-Profits and has worked with clients including Get Kids Going!, MapAction and The Prince's Trust.

Our next Data Protection Seminar is on 9 March in London. More information and book.

Membership schemes

Membership and supporter schemes are vital to the survival of many voluntary organisations. Our membership schemes events are held twice a year and will help you to grow, develop and maximise the effectiveness of your membership scheme.

Our last event was held on 12 July. Get valuable information from the event by joining our membership schemes group.

Our next Membership Schemes event is on 30 November. More information will be available shortly.

Fundraising

We have recently updated our fundraising advice pages for both the 'gift economy' (donations), 'grants' and trading. We also have a section of our site about public service delivery. NCVO's Sustainable Funding Project provides information and resources around fundraising and income generation. You can look at information about different forms of income, training days and events around the country or sign up for the newsletter.
