VIP training
Infrastructure organisations can sign up now for a special package of tools and training for impact.
A place on two training courses, Evidencing Impact and VIP Online, also includes:
- Free online access to the VIP Impact Tools until June 2014

First session: Evidencing Impact
The Value of Infrastructure Programme has created a suite of tools that you can use to evidence, improve and communicate the impact of your work. Find out more about the VIP Framework and VIP Impact Tools.
This course will give you a practical understanding of the VIP Impact Tools. By the end of the session you will be able to:
- Identify the impacts that you create
- Choose the impact tools that are suited to your work and use them
- Use the information from the tools to learn about and show your impact
- Plan how to roll the tools out across your organisation
Second session: VIP Online
The VIP Impact Tools will be hosted online enabling you to upload data, store, track and compare your impact information.
This course will focus on how to use these online functions.
By the end of the session you will be able to perform the following:
- Register and select the tools you want to use online
- Complete the tools online and see an instant picture of impact
- Run a range of reports
- Share your impact with others
A basic understanding of the VIP Impact Tools will be required for this course.
