Members Helpdesk
NCVO members
Our Members Online Helpdesk provides free information and signposting for all our members via telephone, live chat, and an Ask A Question email facility, from 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
The helpdesk team can answer basic questions, signpost you to other organisations and information sources, and direct you to specialist services from NCVO staff where appropriate.
Information for non members
The Helpdesk service is for NCVO members only, although we do offer an automated search function which is open to anyone and available 24 hours a day.
