In the July 2011 edition of Which? magazine approximately 3,000 Which? members who have private medical insurance, were surveyed on how satisfied they were with their cover. NCVO member organisations can now provide a Health Cash Plan for their employees and volunteers from as little as £1 per week, thanks to the new partnership with HSF (Hospital Saturday Fund).

The HSF health plan gives cash back on everyday medical costs, such as dental check-ups, contact lenses and acupuncture, and partners and children under 18 are also covered, at no extra cost.
