But how can you demonstrate the impact of soft outcomes such as increased self esteem and well-being, and successfully use these to build your organisation's case for being funded? This is a real challenge for many fundraisers, and relevant to any organisation bidding for or seeking statutory or corporate funding in an increasingly competitive arena. Martin will introduce the Well-Being Measure for Charities and explain how you can use it to illustrate your impact and help strengthen your funding applications.
