Demonstrating the impact of soft outcomesMartin Brookes

As a fundraiser you need to be able to effectively communicate the impact of your organisation's work to help attract and keep fundraising. But how can you demonstrate the impact of soft outcomes such as increased self esteem and well-being, and successfully use these to build your organisation's case for being funded? This is a real challenge for many fundraisers, and relevant to any organisation bidding for or seeking statutory or corporate funding in an increasingly competitive arena.

Martin will introduce the Well-Being Measure for Charities and explain how you can use it to illustrate your impact and help strengthen your funding applications. He will show you how you can capture and demonstrate the effect your organisation's work has on your beneficiaries including those important soft outcomes such as well-being.
