This detailed three-hour seminar walks you through the legislation, using up-to-the-minute case-law to illustrate variation. A delegate survey prior to the event ensures we discuss all your questions and concerns throughout this highly discursive session.

The final day in a sequence of three training days, beginning with Public Service contracts on the Tuesday and Consortia on the Wednesday.
