It is vital that your organisation has the correct systems in place for your membership scheme to be effective. Without these essential building blocks, your membership scheme runs the risk of failure.

This conference will look at the foundations for a successful membership scheme.

Join us at this conference to learn about the key elements involved in running a successful membership scheme. Experts will share their knowledge and experience to demonstrate how to effectively recruit, engage with and keep members.

The conference will be chaired by Jonathan Moore, Chief Executive, Suffolk Association of Voluntary Organisations.

Workshops

The interactive and practical workshops will equip you with top tips to take away and apply to your own organisation.

Workshops will be repeated in the morning and afternoon. Choose two out of the following four options:

People’s expectations are changing and more often they are expecting more targeted communications such as email, podcasts, blogging etc. This interactive workshop will use case studies to show you how you can use initiatives to engage with your members.
