An assessment visit to your work place to help us properly understand your situation, assess your needs and ensure you get the most out of our time together

Two full day workshops

Ready for Change workshop: helping your team to grasp the realities of change both for individuals and for your organisation as a whole, and to develop practical skills for dealing with change effectively
Options for Change workshop: working with you to identify the scenarios you are likely to face and to prepare some realistic, practical responses

A recommended action plan which we will discuss with you at our final meeting, to enable you to maximise the insights you have gained and maintain momentum with your preparations

An in depth follow up phone call to see how you are getting on and help deal with any sticking points

Five full days of additional support tailored to suit your needs by our expert team, in your choice of one or more of these areas:
