Linking Up Childcare Vouchers
Save Money on Childcare Costs
Establishing a childcare voucher scheme for your employees is simple, effective and will even save your organisation money!
Linking Up, the only national not-for-profit childcare voucher provider, is now helping NCVO members set up a salary sacrifice scheme for your employees to purchase childcare vouchers. Linking Up is also offering a reduced management fee of just 5% to all NCVO members.
Benefits for Employees
As a parent, childcare costs can be a financial burden. However, if your employer operates a childcare voucher scheme you can save money by electing to take part of your salary in childcare vouchers.
- Save up to £1,196 per year - take up to £243 per month of your gross salary as childcare vouchers and pay no Tax or National Insurance Contributions (NIC) on this amount
- Vouchers can be used to pay for regular childcare for children aged 0-16 years
- Vouchers can also be saved up to cover the cost of after school, out of school and holiday clubs.
Benefits for Employers
It is very unusual for there to be an employee benefit that saves your organisation money, improves recruitment and staff retention as well as being hassle free. Well here it is! The Linking Up scheme is different it offers NCVO members:
- A reduction in your employers NIC - save up to £320 p.a. per employee
- A reduced management fee of 5% for NCVO members
- No minimum uptake - just 1 employee can join
- A simple and quick administration system
- Ongoing support and updates on any changes in legislation
- Bespoke marketing of the scheme - including flyers, posters and staff presentations at your offices - all provided free of charge.
Linking Up is a social enterprise established by NCVO charity member Children's Links, and all profits from this service are returned to Children's Links to improve the lives of children in the UK.
