Haworth Cat Rescue offers a rehoming service for unwanted and stray cats in parts of the West Yorkshire, North Yorkshire and eastern Lancashire areas, an area of some 700 square miles. The charity operates neuter and no-kill policies. In 2008 the charity launched an appeal to build a large independent rehoming centre to be located in, or near, the Airedale corridor.

 Relate Leeds is soon to merge with Relate York and Harrogate to form a new charity to be called Relate Mid-Yorkshire.
