The Wordsworth Trust, one of Britain’s foremost literary heritage organisations, is looking for Trustees to join its board

This is a voluntary position (reasonable expenses shall be paid) with an expected commitment of approximately 6-8 meetings per year.

Skiddaw House Foundation is a Registered charity with the declared aim of maintaining the house as a Hostel in the long term, whilst retaining the principles of the YHA. The Skiddaw House Foundation is run by a group of trustees who have a particular love of Skiddaw House, originally Shepherds cottages, later a shooting lodge, then a bothy, which was saved from dereliction and converted into a Bunkhouse, affiliated to, but independent from the YHA.
