I was diagnosed with MS in 1998. I took early retitrment, left weork and got as lot better.  For the last seven years I've run projects from home aiming to use music to promote physical and emotional health and welbeing for participants.  Sessions include singing, African drumming and free dancing and African dance with NiiTagoe and three drummers.
