HALOW (Birmingham) is a charity which runs visitors' centres in the West Midlands.  We employ over 35 members of staff and have a bank of 60 volunteers across the centres.The charity provides facilities for the families of prisoners within the centres.  We offer a warm welcome, a listening ear, advice and information on the visiting process and advice on a number of topics relevant to the families, e.g.
