TPAS aims to extend the reach and quality of tenant influence by: -
- Working with residents and landlords to promote participation
- Supporting tenants and community groups to take on a representative role
- Promoting the provision of good, well managed homes
- Helping build strong communities
- Achieving change by tackling problems positively.

Membership Criteria:
Membership is open to social housing tenants and residents associations and social housing landlords (councils and housing associations). Groups need to provide a constitution and equal opportunities statement within the first year. All membership agreed by executive committee.
