Rural Stress Helpline is a national confidential listening and signposting service for rural people in distress or needing information.  Rural Stress Helpline is a project of The Arthur Rank Centre, Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire.  Registered charity number 1104300.  Rural Stress Helpline can also provide information about rural stress to groups and individuals.

Rural Stress Helpline is a confidential listening and signposting service for rural people in distress.  Where appropriate, and with permission, callers are signposted to organisations that offer sustained practical and emotional support.
