Membership criteria:

Membership is open to voluntary child care and family support organisations which fulfil the following criteria and affirm the NCVCCO Statement of Values and Principles.

· Members must be registered charities.

· The organisations must be based in England. There are comparable organisations in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

· The organisation must be self-governing for the benefit of the community and established otherwise than for financial gain.

In considering applications NCVCCO will need the following information:

· Fully completed application form.

· Most recent statement of accounts.

· Annual review

· Written endorsement that the organisation affirms the Statement of Values and Principles in its practice.
