Adult placements are provided by families and individual members of communities to people who need support to live in and take part in that community. NAAPS represents the interests of all those involved in Adult Placement and works to promote and maintain high standards of practice in the field, offering advice, support and training to new and existing Service Providers.

Membership criteria:

Full membership of the Association is open to people whoare actively working as Adult Placement Carers or Adult Placement Scheme workers, as well as anyone receiving a service from an Adult Placement Service. Associate membership is open to people providing small community and family based services to five people or less. Affiliate membership is open to anyone interested in adult placement.
