MBF is a national charity that encourages the growth and development of mentoring and befriending across all sectors.  We do this by providing expert guidance, driving quality and working with others to be a force for change

Services:

MBF offers guidance and support for those who wish to invest in, set up or develop mentoring and befriending programmes. We also run tailored training to give mentoring and befriending programmes the skills and capabilities they need to be successful. We award the Approved Provider Standard (APS); the national quality standard for mentoring and befriending based on safe and effective programme management and operation. We help to build the evidence base around how mentoring and befriending can bring about lasting changes and listen to the concerns of people involved in mentoring and befriending and voice them to those in power.
