Homeless Link is the body that represents the homelessness sector in England. Vision and mission statement:Homeless Link's mission is to be a catalyst that helps bring about an end to homelessness. It works with government and the sector to comgant the causes of homelessness, help raise standards of services delivered to homeless people and work to reduce the risk of people becoming homeless.
