CfA's Trustee Appointment Service to charities is provided by experienced consultants who are trustees themselves. We establish the skills and experience our clients seek in their Trustees and then put forward two or three people at a time for confidential discussions.
We maintain a Confidential Trustee Register and encourage experienced managerial level people to join it. We use Register and our very wide ranging contacts to find people for our client charities.
We charge a modest fee for our service.
Other services to Boards include support and development for trustees, organisation design, succession planning, coaching for senior staff etc.
