Action with Communities in Rural England (ACRE) is a national charity, supporting the development of diverse, sustainable rural communities.  As the national association of Rural Community Councils (RCCs) it provides a platform for its founder members, working at local and regional levels, to alleviate rural disadvantage throughout England.
