Managing ICT

ICT (computers and phones in layman’s terms) even for small organisations underpins just about every activity that is carried out. After salary costs, for many organisations ICT spend is the second biggest item in the budget.  The recent downturn has rightly seen organisations looking at this area and trying to make sure they get good value.

This seminar looks at the key issues in effective ICT management including:

  • Key points that ICT professionals need to know, but are often afraid to ask
  • Hot topics and trends and why this affects you
  • How to benchmark your ICT systems
  • How to make savings and get good value from ICT
  • How to evaluate a potential supplier and manage ICT relationships
  • What to look for in the small print and how to get out of bad contracts
  • Best sources for advice
  • Get your questions answered in the Q&A session
