Sector leaders co-ordinate joint response to Government Spending ReviewTuesday 7 September
Following a summit meeting of sector leaders in August to discuss the spending review, NCVO co-ordinated a letter to the Chief Secretary to the Treasury, Danny Alexander. The letter calls for the government to ensure that the spending review enables voluntary action and helps to build a better society. The letter was also copied to other Treasury officials and Nick Hurd, Minister for Civil Society. |
